Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: dice the chicken and chop the bell peppers and garlic.
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

- Add bell peppers and corn; cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Mix in black beans; stir until warmed (about 2 minutes).
- Assemble bowls starting with rice, followed by the chicken mixture. Top with avocado and cilantro.
