  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Salt for pasta water

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and Parmesan until smooth. Season with pepper.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add drained spaghetti to skillet with garlic; toss to coat in oil.
