Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean the russet potatoes under cold water, then pat dry.
- Prick the potatoes with a fork and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
