Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if available.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about a quarter-inch thickness. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or the preheated pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil with the zest of one lemon. Brush this mixture over the dough.
- Layer mozzarella evenly across the dough, then arrange thin lemon slices on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
