- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust for spice)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, and green onions until combined.
- Stir in half of the Korean BBQ sauce.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust Sriracha to taste.
- Toss cooked meatballs in remaining BBQ sauce, drizzle with spicy mayo, and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
