  • 1 lb ground beef (lean)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust for spice)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, and green onions until combined.
  3. Stir in half of the Korean BBQ sauce.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust Sriracha to taste.
  7. Toss cooked meatballs in remaining BBQ sauce, drizzle with spicy mayo, and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
