  • 4 medium russet potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes; slice them into thin rounds.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onions and green bell peppers until browned (7-10 minutes).

  5. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
