Easy Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers are a deliciously satisfying twist on the classic cheesesteak, combining tender steak, caramelized onions, and gooey provolone cheese stuffed into vibrant bell peppers.

- 4 medium bell peppers (any color)
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, sauté onions and mushrooms until tender (about 5 minutes). Add steak and garlic powder; cook until meat is browned.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the steak mixture and top with provolone cheese.
- Place stuffed peppers upright in the baking dish, cover loosely with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes to melt cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
