  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 oz frozen French fries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen French fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for about 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously.
