- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 21 oz black cherry pie filling
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- 3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and sugar, then mix in eggs one at a time until combined.
- 4. Fold in half of the black cherry pie filling for swirls. Pour over the crust and dollop remaining cherry filling on top; create swirls with a knife.
- 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least four hours before slicing.
